Because we all have different hair types, it's unavoidable that some of us will have oilier hair than others. Greasy hair may definitely not be your ideal hair type and fortunately for you there is a way of controlling that. Greasy may not be the most attractive, but that's why you take charge of your hair and work it so it looks sleek, great, and not greasy!
One of the most basic and effective things you can do to get rid of the greasiness and keep your hair looking great is to wash it everyday. Especially when you have greasy hair, you want to keep it clean all the time so you can prevent significant greasiness. You should also buy a shampoo that targets oily hair. If you wash your hair everyday with a shampoo made for oily hair, you'll see a major difference in the daily condition of your hair.
You should also limit the products you put into your hair. Product, while it often enhances your hairdo, does make your hair oilier and especially if you have already greasy hair, your hair will only become greasier. In many instances, greasy hair is a phase or comes and goes with hormone changes, and if you have greasy hair now, you won't necessarily have greasy hair in a few years. If on a particular day your hair is more greasy than you would like and you don't have time to wash it, pull it up in a ponytail or do some other cute up-do to detract from the greasy factor.
Greasy hair doesn't have to be a beauty bane, but if you can take control of your hair, then you won't have to suffer from the grease controlling you! Just wash your hair on a daily basis and take advantage of the anti-oily shampoos out there!
