With the Sedu hair revolution, countless women encouraged by celebrity endorsement are spending over $100 on a hair straightener that supposedly will give them a whole new look for their hair. It sounds like a whole new approach to styling your hair and a difficult one at that; however, Sedu is designed for simplicity, thus the basic, most common Sedu styles are easy to achieve and make you look like star.
The Sedu iron is just what the name says: a hair iron or straightener. Thus, the most common way to do your hair Sedu fashion is, logically, straightening it. What the iron does is evenly distribute the heat and moisture to create a truly straight look that lasts. Start at the top of your head, taking one inch sections and take the iron down the length of the strand. You should smooth out any wave or curl to get the truly straight style and that may take a few tries to get it completely smooth depending on the curliness of your hair. If you do this all around, you'll end up with sleek, shiny, and straight hair that is in fact SEDU-ctive.
The marvel of the Sedu hair iron is the fact that it can do much more than just straighten. One of the other basic hair styles is actually a curly look. Take your hair and wrap it around the barrel of the iron to create great looking curls. Another way I've found to make good curls is to put your hair in the iron starting at the top of your head. Move the iron down the strand slowly while spinning it around so the hair curls as you go. This creates sexy ringlets that last all day.
For other simple, basic Sedu styles, you can angle your iron inwards a bit to create a slightly curled under look or slightly outwards to make a slightly flippy style.
