It happens to all of us. You're standing in a checkout line, or walking down a crowded corridor, and suddenly you catch a faint whiff of a heady aroma, a truly seductive scent, that has you craning your neck and turning your head to see what magnificent temptress could be tantalizing you with her perfume. You know what I'm talking about. It's the kind of perfume that makes you close your eyes, smile, breathe a little deeper, and exclaim, "Ah!"
The perfume industry is geared toward attraction. Simply put, sex sells. Perfume advertisers use visual ads on TV, radio, and in print to suggest to women that wearing their brand of perfume is as good as wearing a love potion that will attract a man. Next time you're standing in that checkout line, thumb through a woman's magazine and you'll understand what I mean.
But perfume origins have been traced to over 4,000 years ago, and it is been scientifically proven that perfume can, indeed, have powers of attraction. In recent years, chemists experimented with adding the sex hormone, pheromone, to their perfumes. Animal sex pheromones indicate the availability of the female for breeding. Thus, if you want to get the man in your life hot and bothered, you could choose a perfume containing sex pheromones.
Drive him crazy with perfume. The sense of smell has been proven to be associated with triggering memories. If you wear your seductive perfume when you're with him, and when your husband or boyfriend smells that scent again, he will think of you. Once you find a scent that both of you love, there are little playful things you can do to remind him that you are never far from him:
Find a seductive scent that is soft yet sensual, and find creative uses for it to help remind your man that you want him around. When he smells that particular perfume – even on another woman – he'll be thinking of you. Drive him crazy with perfume!
